- Scores will be calculated with regard to the points scored by the individual skiers in each team in slalom, trick and jump. These scores will be based on a simple calculation as a percentage based against the existing South African records in each age division and gender category. Each team will have to score at least one jump score and two trick scores with all the skiers in each team’s slalom scores counting. To make provision for beginner jumpers there will be a smaller ramp put in place, so that even first timers can pop over it comfortably to get a score.
- Clubs may send more than one team i.e. an A and B team if they wish, the more the better. The idea is participation of teams with tournament beginners together with old hands. Clubs may also send individuals should they prefer to select a three eventer ( slalom, trick & jump ) to get a better score for their team. Individuals will however Not be able to score points for the club team but will get a IWWF Standings list score

Funds can be utilized as each club sees fit but documented expenditure proof must be forwarded to the SA Tournament Committee
- Each club will need to put forward their team to the SA Tournament Committee for consideration of the funding allocation. In the event that the club competition is over subscribed with regard to the limited amount of funds available funds will either be reduced in a fair manner or smaller clubs could team up as combined teams Entry deadline for financial consideration will be 28 February 2010
- There will be prizes allocated to the top three clubs with the first prize being a full set of slalom buoys.
