The US Masters hosted by Correct Craft will again be run on Robin Lake at Callaway Gardens in Georgia from the 28-30 May and can also be viewed live on webcast TV. Gabi Viljoen will be making her second appearance at the US Masters and is hard at work training to win this event in her last tournament as a Junior, before switching to Open Woman on the US circuit in June. The competition will be tough but having been there before and having won an event such as the Moomba Masters in the past and again having placed second in 2010 Gabi is confident of beating the best in the world.”

New Women's World Record of 9080 Approved

At the last tournament of the 2009 season, Natalia Berdnikova of Belarus became the first woman ever to trick over 9000 points scoring 9080 for a new world record.

Berdnikova came very close to the existing record in the first round scoring 8800.  However,in the second round she picked up the pace and fit 3 extra tricks into her passes to break the 9000 point mark.  What makes this achievement even more remarkable is the fact that she is only one year out from major knee surgery and a hard road to recovery.

Today, The IWWF Tournament Council approved  Natalia Berdnikova's score of 9080 as the new World Record in Women's tricks. Below: Natalia's World Record Run

Krueger & Berdnikova take gold in China

This was the 28th Stop of the Waterski & Wakeboard World Cup series of the International Waterski & Wakeboard Federation (IWWF). It was staged for the first time  in this South West Monsoon region of China – a major car manufacturing and tourist area. This was no ordinary experience. Few World Cup Stops have ever been provided with such an array of high quality features. There were even two wedding ceremonies on two XStar MasterCrafts – our World Cup boat sponsors ! The site sound-system was as good as its gets, generous food was provided throughout in a riverside restaurant for all involved, TV, Photography and Press coverage was outstanding. Read more
